How do I check the status of my order or track a shipment?

An email is sent out once your order ships. If the email you gave us works, then you'll get order details with USPS tracking.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We want you to be as pleased with your purchase & accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. You may return Papaya Sun products in their original, unused condition for a refund. See our Return Policy for additional info.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, it may be possible to change or cancel your order. Logically, changes or cancellations cannot be made if the order is already with USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Yup! Papaya Sun accepts ships orders to a number of international countries. Explore our Shipping Info page for more details. Orders to these locations are not eligible for expedited shipping and may take longer to arrive. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes levied on the delivery of their orders and for all charges related to returning products to Papaya Sun.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

How is sales tax calculated?

We're based in Honolulu, Hawaii & charge sales based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction. 

How do I use a promo/coupon code?

To redeem a coupon, enter the code in the appropriate field on the Shopping Cart page. Enter the code with the exact spelling.  The discounted amount will be displayed on the Shopping Bag and Order Summary pages. If the code is invalid, expired or you have not placed the correct products in the shopping bag, a discount will not be applied.
