When should I order?
Papaya Sun carries the latest Hawaiian styles and prints every season and we make these available to you, our valued customer. Occasionally, a popular print may be backordered while our seamstresses attempt to fill the demand. Therefore, if you are planning a special event such as a wedding or luau party, please order at least a few weeks in advance to ensure that you will receive and enjoy our apparel for your special occasion.
When will my order arrive?
PapayaSun ships most orders within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Popular or back ordered items may take a little longer. We will notify you if an item is on back order. Once your order ships, please allow at least one week for delivery.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Sure! Most merchandise on Papaya Sun come with our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
When do I receive my refund?
Keep in mind returns generally take a week or more to reach us from the contiguous USA to our Hawaiian Islands. A credit should appear on the next billing cycle of your statement of the return is applicable to our Return Policy.

Do you have a physical store I can shop at?
PapayaSun started out as a physical store selling to local islanders many years ago. We realized that by removing the high overhead associated with physical stores, we are able to offer premium Hawaiian wear while passing the savings on to you, our valued customer. What you see on our site are designs made specially by our seamstresses right here in the Hawaiian islands.
