To exchange an item, send the item back to within 30 days in original condition with all tags attached along with instructions on your invoice of what you would like. New item will be shipped after the return is received. Include flat shipping/handling fee of $8.00*.
*Flat $8.00 is for U.S. exchanges. International is flat $20.00.
Need it sooner? Place a new order for the item(s) you need, then return the initial item(s) that didn't work out within 30 days. Indicate the return is being replaced with a new order to have restocking fee waived.
To return an item for a refund, send the item back to us in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee**.
Remember to include the invoice to avoid delays in processing your return.
